Xiao LIU is the Vice President of RSR regional center. She develops, coordinates and implements the marketing and sales strategies for RSR projects. Xiao graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Ph.D. degree in Tourism. She also holds a master degree in Mass Communication. Her work expertise includes social media marketing, international business, and tourism management. Xiao has eight years of teaching experience in higher education prior to join the private sector of business. At her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading and cooking.
