Christopher McGrath brings investment banking experience to RSR.  Prior to joining Switzenbaum & Associates, where he currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President of Capital Markets and Acquisitions, Mr. McGrath leveraged significant financial service experience with UBS Investment Bank of New York and UBS Financial Services Incorporated of Puerto Rico.  While at UBS Investment Bank, Mr. McGrath focused on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements.  He now specializes in real estate private equity fund-raising, acquisitions, as well as debt and equity capital markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. McGrath has worked on more than $2 billion in equity and debt capital markets transactions, including $65 million of capital markets transactions at Switzenbaum & Associates.  Christopher received a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University with a strong emphasis in Finance and Micro-Macro Economics.  Mr. McGrath’s bilingual background allows him to offer pro bono work and community presence to under-served minority populations.
